Class Officers’ Corner

Dear Fellow Bumblebees,

For the last 25 years we have embarked on a mission to make this world a better place, to improve our lives little by little. We have moved up career-wise, had families, and traveled all over the world. Now it’s time to return to the hive to celebrate our 25th reunion. We have many fond memories—Rat Funeral, Bald Day, the planting of our class tree with slab, the Class of 1992 banner, and the Senior Trip—but one of our biggest memories was winning the 1992 Homecoming Spirit Week. Many of us could not believe we actually won as we were the big underdogs! Well, we have a new goal and that is to break the reunion attendance record, a record currently held by … the Class of 1992! We look forward to all you bees returning to our hive at Gallaudet University.

We invite you to join us in celebrating our 25th anniversary on our beautiful campus in 2017. This will be a rare opportunity to reunite with your classmates, to share the great memories of your college days, and to catch up on what your classmates have been doing since graduation. Join us from October 19-21 and show everyone what the Bison spirit is all about! The Tower Clock is ticking away the minutes to Homecoming day!

The Office of Alumni Relations cordially invites us—the Class of 1992—to their Silver Anniversary Reunion Breakfast on Saturday, October 21, 2017, from 8-10:15 a.m. in the Peikoff Alumni House (“Ole Jim”). It will be a free event for all members of the Class of 1992, so please mark your calendars. Non-members will pay $20 per person for the anniversary breakfast.

To help us plan our class reunion, we have enclosed a packet for you. Please read it thoroughly, complete the attached forms, and mail them to the Office of Alumni Relations.

Sincerely,

Christa Senitza
